1. Check Eligibility – You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 7–65 with a permanent disability that impacts daily living.
2. Apply to the NDIS – Visit www.ndis.gov.au or call 1800 800 110 to start your access request.
3. Create Your Plan – Work with an NDIS planner to set your goals and funded supports.
4. Choose Your Provider – Select trusted NDIS-registered providers like Core Disability Support to deliver your services.
5. Start Your Supports – We’ll work with you to implement your plan and review your progress regularly.
