Comprehensive NDIS Supports, Built Around You

At Core Disability Support Services, we deliver personalised, flexible and high-quality NDIS supports designed to help you live independently, confidently and with dignity. Whether you need daily care, help around the home, community access or specialist accommodation — our friendly, qualified team is here to make life easier.
We proudly serve participants across Perth and surrounding suburbs, offering supports that reflect your goals, preferences and abilities.

Household Tasks

Assistance with general cleaning and maintenance for clients unable to manage independently. Tasks include decluttering, house cleaning, organising, and other domestic duties aimed at promoting safety and comfort.

Daily Living

Flexible person-centred support to enable clients to live according to their choices. Delivered at home, in the community, at school or work, etc. Available 24/7 depending on individual needs.

Community Participation

Support for clients to engage in community activities and recreation to promote well-being and inclusion.

Support Coordination

Offers all levels of support coordination including Level 3 for participants with complex needs or high risk. Helps manage complex barriers, reduce complexity in support environments and connects participants with broader supports.

Community Nursing

Nursing team supports participants and families to manage health conditions, promote independence, safety, and healthy lifestyle. Person-centred care: participants decide their nursing support and how it is provided.

Group / Centre Activities

Highly trained support workers provide quality care for clients and families. Helps clients continue hobbies, stay connected with community, make new friends, and celebrate life milestones.

Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Provides specialist disability accommodation tailored to specific needs — a home designed for comfort, well-being, and safety. Facilities are spacious, fully wheelchair accessible, and designed to support independence without barriers.

Assist – Life Stage Transition

Support workers assist clients and families during life-stage transitions. Includes accompanying clients to shop, bank, attend medical appointments, etc.

Accommodation / Tenancy

Assist participants to identify appropriate housing and accommodation to suit their needs. Guidance and support so participants can manage their homes and meet tenancy requirements.

Assist – Travel / Transport

Arrange transport to community access and appointments. Provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles/vans to reduce limitations.

Short Term Accommodation (STA)

Short Term Accommodation — also known as respite care — offers participants and families temporary, high-quality support in a comfortable and safe environment. Participants enjoy a homely atmosphere, nutritious meals, engaging activities, and 24/7 professional care.

Shared Living Arrangements & Transport Assistance

Shared living arrangements provide participants with a supportive and inclusive home environment while promoting independence and daily living skills. Transport assistance helps participants access appointments, community activities, and social events safely with trained, caring staff.

Specialist Behaviour Support

Our qualified practitioners deliver behaviour support that focuses on understanding the cause of behaviour, not just the behaviour itself. We create personalised, evidence-based strategies that promote safety, independence, and wellbeing, aligned with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Framework.

Community Nursing Care

Professional nursing services that support your health, recovery and wellbeing. Our registered nurses provide care tailored to your needs, in the comfort of your home or supported setting.

Short Term Accommodation (STA)

Enjoy high-quality respite care in a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment. Our Short Term Accommodation service provides temporary stays with personalised support, nutritious meals, engaging activities, and 24/7 care — giving participants and families time to rest and recharge.
